Tectus 640-3D Full Hinge Template 8′-9′

Speed up your installation process to work on three different set-ups with the ‘ALL-IN-ONE’ SINGLE HINGE TECTUS 640 3D Template:

• Accommodates for Interior or Exterior Doors
• Accommodates for Left and Right Doors
• Accommodates for Door and Jamb preparations 
• By moving both long router guides outwards, you will be able to achieve the desired LIP CUTOUT
• Shifting the shorter router guides allows for Deep and Shallow Mortise cuts. Shift left-DEEP CUT / Shift right-SHALLOW CUT 
• Aluminum extension bars are adjustable for door sizes of 8′-9′ (3 Hinges) 
• Quick set-up Compression Spring Nails will fasten the template in place ensuring consistency and accuracy when routing 
• Functions on Door and Jambs of 1¾” and 2¼” by interchanging the stop pins on the back of the jig.

This unique template is made of 3/4″ Russian Baltic Birch Plywood 13 ply.
6/32 machine screws on the hinge guides are held by a metal insert into the wood base.
Use template guide 17/32 I.D by 5/8 O.D with 1/2 router bit.
