The RocYork HW-RY60BF Invisible Hinge Router Template is used to easily create consistent and matching hinge pockets for both the doors and jambs. This 2-in-1 hinge template can be adjusted for the shallow body pocket as well as for the face pocket using this one router jig.
- Accommodates for Door and Jamb preparation
- Works for left and right doors
- Work for doors 1¾ and 2¼ inch thick
- Adjustable router guides (green) allow for Body and Face Mortise cuts
- Compression Spring Nails will fasten the template in place ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Dust exports underneath the face of the jig designed to extract the accumulation of dust
This unique template is made of 3/4″ Russian Baltic Birch Plywood 13 ply. Use template guide 17/32 I.D by 5/8 O.D with 1/2 router bit.
