Anselmi AN-170-3D Invisible Hinge Template

The Anselmi AN-170-3D Template is designed for routing both door and jamb mortises on interior and exterior applications. This unique template allows users to cut both shallow and deep pockets on doors + jambs without the need for a second template.

To switch between shallow and deep pocket configurations, simply loosen the screws on both aluminum stop guides and slide them to the desired position. Return the guides to their original position for shallow pocket routing.

Two spring-loaded compression nail pins located at each end of the template securely hold the jig in place during operation. Adjustable door stops accommodate a variety of door thicknesses for accurate and repeatable setup.

The backside of the template features dust-relief grooves designed to minimize dust buildup while routing.

Constructed from premium 3/4" (18 mm) Russian Baltic Birch plywood (13-ply), this template is built for durability and long service life.

All 6-32 machine screws are secured using threaded metal inserts installed in the wood base for increased strength and reliability.
