Speed up your installation process to work on Tectus Invisible Hinges. No need for different set-ups or jigs with the ‘ALL-IN-ONE’ SINGLE HINGE TECTUS 640 3D Router Template you can:
- Accommodates for Interior or Exterior Doors
- Accommodates for Left and Right Doors
- Accommodates for Door and Jamb preparations
- Shifting the router guides allow for Deep and Shallow cuts. Shift left(out)-FACE CUT / Shift right(center)-BODY CUT
- Compression Spring Nails will fasten the template in place ensuring consistency and accuracy when routing
- Functions on Door and Jambs of 1¾” and 2¼” by adjusting the stop pins on the top of the jig.
This unique template is made of 3/4″ Russian Baltic Birch Plywood 13 ply. Use 6/32 machine screws for assembly. Use router template guide 17/32 I.D by 5/8 O.D with 1/2 router bit.
