Emtek Plus Pocket Door Jig

The Jig comes with 2 Router Guides for accurately mortising finger pulls, compatible with:

• Emtek Narrow Modern Oval & Rectangular Mortise Lock
• Emtek Modern Rectangular & Rustic Modern Rectangular Mortise Lock

Combined with our original Universal Latch Template Jig, you can effortlessly mortise perfect faceplate for almost any standard shape and size. 

• If you’re installing a finger pull and trying to mortise an opening that allows the pull to sit flush with the face of the door—rather than protruding outward, as shown in the image above, please note that it becomes more of a custom application. Our guides are specifically designed to allow clearance only for the back step located on the back of those flush pulls—not to fully recess the entire pull into the door face. If you’d like to complete this as a custom setup, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist further.

• The Side Base jig comes with 2 interchangeable templates for the Emtek surface mount side pull hardware listed above.
• The front Latch Template will mortise all standard face plates and concealed flush bolts.
• T-shaped guide is included to align the template for 2-1/4” latch faces.
• Includes a stop pin adjustment which you simply insert into the template allowing you to do Concealed Flush Bolt type hardware (pin stored behind the T-shape guide).
• Tri-sided wrap around system will fasten the template in place ensuring security when routing. Using your own clamps will be necessary for additional support.
• Quick setup centerline marks ensure consistency and accuracy, reducing setup time when working on multiple doors.
• Top and bottom screws are adjustable for Door Thicknesses of 1⅜” to 2¼”
