Door Hinge Template 8′ – 9′ ( 3 Hinge )

Full Hinge Template with aluminum extension bars for 8’ to 9′ doors ( 3 Hinges ) that will speed the installation process. The Hinge Template will give you different length sizes from 3½’’ to 5’’ for ¼’’ radius, square or ⅝’’ radius by adjusting or rotating the router guides to match the specific hinge style. The template can be adjusted to door thicknesses of 1 3/8″, 1 3/4″ and 2 1/4″ by adjusting the door stops pins on the back. The template can be used for Interior or exterior door jambs and left or right opening doors.

This unique template is made of 3/4″ Russian Baltic Birch Plywood 13 ply.
6/32 machine screws on the hinge guides are held by a metal insert into the wood base.

Use template guide 17/32 I.D by 5/8 O.D with 1/2 router bit.
