Lamp HES3D-120 Door/Jamb Single Hinge

Lamp HES3D-120.  works on interior and exterior Door and Jambs and allows you to do both mortise cuts for shallow and deep pocket on doors of 1⅜ and 1¾ without having to use a second template. Unscrew left and right aluminum guides and slide inwards to accomplish deep pocket and for shallow pocket move it outwards. You MUST check the two long side guides to be on the right position for either the Door or Jam. The two-compression security nail pins at the ends of the base secure the template on place. The Door Stops at the ends are adjustable for different Door Thickness.  This template includes grooves on the back to not keep an accumulation of dust when routing.

This unique template is made of 3/4″ Russian Baltic Birch Plywood 18mmV2SSMG 13 ply.

The 6/32 machine screws on the template are held by a metal insert in the wood base.

Use template Guide 17/32 I.D by 5/8” O.D with ½ router bit.
